Nutritious Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies.

Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I would say regular cookies, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I'm really fairly in love. And when chocolate chips have been thrown in the mix? OMG!

Plus they only require 15 minutes to make and also clock in at around 60 calories a cookie. YES!

This truly isn't a recipe. It's me telling you how to mix two items together for sweet satisfaction which you don't have to feel guilty about.

Put yogurt in blender or food processor and mix until oats act as the consistency of flour; it is okay if it is not perfectly ground.

In large bowl combined mashed banana oats until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add-in; I used dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; then flatten a bit with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until biscuits are set. Makes about 16 cookies.
